Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the company has received a cautionary email from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) dated April 01 2025 at 07:11 p.m (IST) regarding delay in submission of intimation of outcome of board meeting held on May 30 2024. The company has already responded to NSEs email dated July 25 2024 which sought clarification regarding the announcement made on May 30 2024 and the company has already taken corrective measures to avoid recurrence of such lapses in future. The details of the cautionary email as required under subpara 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 are enclosed as Annexure - A. A copy of the cautionary email received from NSE is enclosed herewith as Annexure- B.
