HDFC Bank allots 46.75 lakh equity shares under ESOS

HDFC Bank has allotted 46,75,598 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of Options/RSU's under its Employees Stock Options Schemes and Employee Stock Incentive Scheme.

The Paid-up Share Capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 15,42,77,35,870 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 15,43,24,11,468 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
