Board of Info Edge (India) approves investment of Rs 100 cr in SISL

The board of Info Edge (India) at its meeting held on 13 October 2026 has approved an investment of about Rs. 100 crore in the equity shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, Startup Internet Services (SISL).

Pursuant to the aforesaid approval, the Company has, at present, agreed to acquire 20,000,000 equity shares of SISL, having a face value of Rs. 10/- each, aggregating to a consideration of about Rs. 20 crore.

The balance investment amount of about Rs. 80 crore shall be infused in one or more tranches from time to time, depending upon the future fund requirements of SISL and prevailing terms and conditions at that time.
