Kati patang Lifestyle announces conversion of 12.07 lakh partly paid up rights shares

Kati patang Lifestyle has approved the conversion of 12,07,842 partly paid-up equity shares into 12,07,842 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each, in respect of those shareholders who have paid the First and Final Call Money of Rs 10 per share (Rs 5 towards face value and Rs 5 towards securities premium) during the call payment period (including extension) from 01 September 2026 to 01 October 2026 (both days inclusive).

Pursuant to the above, the fully paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 50,18,59,450/- consisting of 5,01,85,945 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 51,39,37,870/- consisting of 5,13,93,787 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
