IndusInd Bank announced that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) vide its letter dated 15 December 2025 has accorded its approval to HDFC Bank to acquire aggregate holding of up to 9.50% of the paid up equity share capital or voting rights in IndusInd Bank.
