Acutaas Chemicals restructures holding of Enchem Ami Organics

Acutaas Chemicals has completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Enchem Ami Organics , a step-down subsidiary of the Company, through the transfer of 10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each from Acutaas Chemicals Electrolytes, a subsidiary of the Company.

Consequent to the completion of the aforesaid acquisition on 17 October 2026, Enchem Ami Organics has become a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
