We would like to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company from Wednesday October 01 2025 and would remain closed till the conclusion of the 48 hours post the board meeting the date of which shall be intimated in due course.
