Cochin Shipyard has fixed 18 September 2026 as record date for determining the entitlement of Members to receive the final dividend of Rs. 1.50 (30%) per equity share (face value of Rs. 5) for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid by 28 October 2026.
