KPI Green Energy announces incorporation of step-down subsidiaries

KPI Green Energy announced that its subsidiary, Sun Drops Energia has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries in the name of KPGC Four and KPGC Five on 26 October 2026.

Consequent to the aforesaid incorporation, KPGC Four and KPGE Five has become step-down subsidiaries of the Company, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
