Pursuant to the 'Code of Conduct' to regulate monitor and report share trading by Designated Person and their immediate relative (Code) read with the application provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by Designated Person / Insiders / Connected Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed with effect from Wednesday October 01 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange.
