Pursuant to compliance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) amendment(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force) We would like to inform you that the company has received information from the Office of Overseas subsidiaries today that they are under process to liquidate Visametric LLC Tajikistan and liquidated iDATA International SARL Tunisia (step down subsidiary of BLS International FZE) due to non-operative nature of its business. Resulting these liquidations the said companies cease to be Step Down Subsidiaries of the BLS International FZE and the Company.
