Sun Pharma raises Rs 7,816 cr via NCDs

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has allotted, on private placement basis, rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures having aggregate value of Rs 7,816 crore on 26 October 2026.

The base issue size of Rs 7,000 crore was fully subscribed and, based on the bids received and accepted, the Company exercised the greenshoe option to the extent of Rs 816 crore, out of the greenshoe option of up to Rs 3,000 crore.
