Pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (Chapter-VII(A)-Penal Actions for Non-Compliance) issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for non-compliance of certain provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Standard Operating Procedure for suspension and revocation of trading of specified securities of listed entities, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the below mentioned Company will be transferred to 'Z'/'ZP'/'ZY' group w.e.f. July 11, 2025 due to non-compliant under Regulation 18(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e. December 2024 & March 2025. Scrip Code 539310 Company Name Thinkink Picturez Ltd In case the aforesaid company fails to comply on or before July 08, 2025 then company will be transferred to Z / ZP/ ZY group with effect from July 11,2025, due to non-compliances for two consecutive quarters i.e. December 2024 & March 2025 for the Regulation 18(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The trades in these scrips executed in Z / ZP / ZY group will be settled on Trade for Trade basis.
