Jio Financial Services allots 12.50 cr equity shares on conversion of warrants

Jio Financial Services has allotted 12,50,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at a premium of Rs. 306.50/- per equity share each to Sikka Ports & Terminals and Jamnagar Utilities & Power upon conversion of the balance warrants held by them.

Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 685,31,41,623 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
