Coal India subsidiary South Eastern Coalfields files DRHP for proposed primary listing

Coal India announced that the draft red herring prospectus dated 01 November 2026 of South Eastern Coalfields (SECL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Coal India, was filed with SEBI, BSE and NSE.

The DRHP filing pertains to the proposed Initial Public Offering ('IPO') of SECL, comprising an Offer for Sale of up to 668,056,100 equity shares having a face value of Rs 2 each, held by Coal India.

The proposed IPO remains subject to receipt of applicable approvals, prevailing market conditions, and other relevant considerations.
