Board of TVS Motor approves acquisition of STPL Trading and Services

The board of TVS Motor Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved the acquisition of entire stake of STPL Trading and Services (STPL) for a sum of Rs. 530.08 crore (Proposed Transaction), and execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement (Agreement) along with other ancillary documents as may be required in connection with the proposed transaction. Upon completion of the aforesaid acquisitions, STPL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
