Route Mobile board approves alteration of MoA

The board of Route Mobile at its meeting held on 27 October 2026 has approved the alteration of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company. In line with the Company's growth strategy and to provide the necessary flexibility to pursue emerging opportunities in technology-driven businesses, it is proposed to expand the Company's objects to include activities relating to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), Digital Identity solutions, cloud-based technologies, CPaaS and other related products and services.
