Bondada Engineering receives in-principle approval for listing on NSE Mainboard

Bondada Engineering has received the in-principle Approval Letter dated 14 October 2026 for migration from SME Platform of BSE to Capital Market Segment (Main Board) of National Stock Exchange of India of the Equity Shares of Bondada Engineering.

Earlier, the Company had received in-principle approval from BSE Limited on 09 September 2026, for the migration of its equity shares from the BSE SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE. With the receipt of in principle approval from NSE, the Company has achieved a significant milestone towards establishing its presence on the Main Boards of both stock exchanges.
