Board of Info Edge (India) approves investment of Rs 100 cr in SIHL

The board of Info Edge (India) at its meeting held on 13 October 2026 has approved an investment of about Rs. 100 crore in the equity shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, Startup Investments (Holding) (SIHL).

Pursuant to the aforesaid approval, the Company has, at present, agreed to acquire 83,94,895 equity shares of SIHL, having a face value of Rs. 10/- each, at a premium of Rs. 19.78/- per equity share, aggregating to a consideration of about Rs. 25 crore.

The balance investment amount of about Rs.75 crore shall be infused in one or more tranches from time to time, depending upon the future fund requirements of SIHL and prevailing terms and conditions at that time.
