P. H. Capital board approves incorporation of three new subsidiaries

The board of  P. H. Capital at its meeting held on 08 October 2026 has approved the incorporation of three subsidiaries in India as detailed below:

(1) AHB Advisors - To carry on the corporate advisory and consultancy business through a dedicated wholly owned subsidiary, as part of the Company's business expansion plans.

(2) StrategicAlpha Research Platforms - To carry on the business of a non-individual research analyst through a dedicated wholly owned subsidiary, as part of the Company's business expansion plans.

(3) Strategic Alpha Asset Management - To carry on the portfolio management business through a dedicated wholly owned subsidiary, as part of the Company's business expansion plans.
