Fineotex Biotex HealthGuard FZE (FZE Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fineotex Chemical, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary named Fineotex America Inc. (FAI), in USA.

The Company has received intimation today, 24 August 2026 that the Certificate of Incorporation of FAI has been issued by the State of Delaware, USA.

The object of Fineotex Americas Inc. is to provide advanced water treatment chemicals and solutions for the rapidly growing digital economy primarily data centers and semiconductor manufacturing.
