Glenmark's Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Injection USP, 500 mg/vial and 1 g/vial is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug, Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Injection USP, 500 mg/vial and 1 g/vial of Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC.
