Consequently, effective from 07 May 2026, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 36,62,36,140 divided into 7,32,47,228 equity shares of Rs.5/- each to Rs. 36,63,68,140 divided into 7,32,73,628 equity shares of Rs.5/- each.
