Axis Bank has allotted 4,83,153 equity shares under ESOP on 10 February 2026. The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,211,794,766 (3,105,897,383 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,212,761,072 (3,106,380,536 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
