MPS announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MPS North America LLC has concluded the acquisition of 100% stake in Unbound Medicine Inc., USA for a total consideration of USD 16.5 million. Accordingly, Unbound Medicine, Inc., USA has become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of MPS.
