IIFL Finance receives ratings action from Infomerics

IIFL Finance announced that Infomerics Valuation and Rating (Infomerics), the credit rating agency, has assigned rating as IVR AA/Stable for Proposed Perpetual Debt Instrument (PDI) amounting to Rs. 150 crore. Further, Infomerics has reaffirmed it's rating as IVR A1+ for Proposed Commercial Paper Issue amounting to Rs. 5,000 crore and IVR AA/Stable for PDI amounting to Rs. 500 crore of IIFL Finance.
