Allyis India (AIPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary named CHESSWORKS (CWPL) in India on 14 December 2025, whose business objectives comprise of organizing and promoting chess events and leagues globally.
