Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has inter-alia approved the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025.
