3Dimension Capital Services Ltd ('Manager to the Open Offer') has submitted to BSE a copy of Recommendation of the Committee of Independent Directors ('IDC') of SBEC Sugar Ltd ('Target Company') on the open offer to the eligible shareholders of SBEC Sugar Ltd under Regulation 26(7) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011 and subsequent amendments thereto ('SEBI (SAST) Regulations').
