JTL Industries receives NCLT approval for resolution plan submitted for acquisition of RCI Industries & Technologies

JTL Industries announced that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (NCLT) has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by JTL Industries for acquisition of RCI Industries & Technologies , a company undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code vide its' order dated 09 October 2025. The copy of order was placed on the Hon'ble NCLT's website on 10 October 2025.
