This is to inform you that the Shareholders of the Company at their 117th AGM held on 22.09.2025 have approved the appointment of Shri Ankoor Sharad Kulkarni (DIN:10862737)as an Independent Director of the Company not liable to retire by rotation w.e.f. 22nd Sept 2025 upto 11th August 2030. The brief profile of Shri Ankoor Kulkarni is enclosed Annexure A To the best of our knowledge and information and as confirmed by Shri Ankoor Kulkarni he has not been debarred from holding the office as a director of the company by virtue of any Order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other Authority.
