Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A Para A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Reserve Bank of India Foreign Exchange Department Mumbai has issued a compounding order vide CA No. 6687/2025 dated September 23 2025. The order levies a compounding fee of Rs. 1047500/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Forty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) on the Company for reporting borrowing in the foreign exchange with a delay in contravention of relevant Regulations/Notifications framed by the Reserve Bank of India and amended from time to time.
