Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Companys recently acquired vessel has secured and commenced a term contract w. e. f. 21st September 2025 for a minimum period of 4 months with extension options of a further 8 months The annual contract value for the said vessel stands at circa Rs. 36 crores.
