Issue of 480821750 (Forty Eight Crores Eight Lakhs Twenty One Thousand Seven hundred Fifty) Equity Shares of face value of Re. 1.00/- each for cash at an Issue Price of Re. 1.00/- per equity share aggregating upto Rs. 480821750/- (Rupees Forty Eight Crores Eight Lakhs Twenty One Thousand Seven hundred Fifty only) to all the eligible equity shareholders of the Company on a Rights basis (Rights Issue) as on the Record date in consultation with the Rights Issue Committee. other matters as attached herewith in Board Meeting Outcome The meeting commenced at 11:00 A.M.
