We wish to inform you that in terms of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Ms. Sushmita Neogy has tendered her Resignation letter dated 08.09.2025 from the position of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from closing of business hours on 25th September 2025 which is subject to approval at the Board Meeting duly scheduled to be held on 16.09.2025. The Resignation Letter along with detailed reasons for the resignation as given by the Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer has been enclosed as Annexure -A.
