Hence, the trading in securities of these Companies is also eligible to be transferred to Z Category ('BZ/SZ' Series) with effect from August 8, 2025, for the said non-compliance. However, securities of these Companies are already trading in Z Category pursuant to various Exchange Circulars, details of which are as under Company Name Educomp Solutions Ltd Exchange Circular No. NSE/CML/35820 Not compliant for two consecutive half years i.e. September 30, 2024 and March 31, 2025 The trades in the aforesaid securities executed in Z category will be settled on Trade for Trade Basis.
