Arvind announces resignation of Susheel Kaul as MD & President (Textiles)

The company said Kaul will be relieved from his duties with effect from the close of business hours on 9 March 2026, as mutually agreed between him and the company.

The company's portfolio includes popular international brands like U.S. Polo Assn., Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Arrow, as well as well-known indigenous brands such as Flying Machine.

The company’s consolidated net profit declined 5.6% to Rs 97.59 crore on an 13.6% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 2,372.64 crore in Q3 FY26 over Q3 FY25.

Shares of Arvind Fashions rose 0.24% to Rs 332.10 on the BSE.
