To consider and recommend the appointment/re-appointment of Statutory Auditor of the Company after completion of the tenure of the existing Statutory Auditor of the company. 2. To consider and recommend the appointment/re-appointment of the Independent Directors of the Company. 3. To consider and recommend appointment of Mrs. Binal Anish Mehta as Whole Time Director of the Company.
