This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations the Board of Directors at its meeting held today have inter-alia approved and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.25 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/-. The record date for the said purpose is considered as April 04 2025 which has already been intimated to the exchange vide letter dated March 20 2025
