Amber Enterprises India Limited has informed the Exchange that due to inadvertent typographical error in our earlier intimation dated 06th October 2025, we are hereby resubmitting the revised intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, wherein IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited (ILJIN), a material subsidiary of the Company, has made investment in its Israel based wholly owned subsidiary, ILJIN Holding Ltd, by acquiring its ordinary shares on 06th October, 2025.
