Patel Integrated Logistics revises Final Dividend

The Board of Patel Integrated Logistics at the meeting held on 24th August 2026, after taking into consideration the funds utilised towards the recent buy-back of equity shares and the resultant financial position and cash flows of the Company, has revised its earlier recommendation of dividend from Rs.0.40/- per equity share (4%) to Rs.0.20/- per equity share (2%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.
