Pursuant to the provisions of DEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and the Companys code of conduct for Insider Trading we write to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company remains closed from the October 1 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30 2025. The intimation regarding closure of trading window is circulated to Designated Persons of the Company on September 27 2025. Upon careful review we acknowledge that the intimation was required to be made to the stock exchange on September 27 2025 which we had inadvertently failed to file. the delay in intimation was unintentional and we sincerely apologize for this oversight.
