Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 (as amended from time to time) we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Bank has today approved the amendment of Articles of Association of the Bank to amend the article 140B pertaining to Special position of Whole time Director subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India and shareholders of the Bank.
