IDFC FIRST Bank has granted 98,00,000 stock options to new joiners and eligible employees, pursuant to their respective employment offers, and to reward, incentivize, and retain talent basis their performance, at a price determined by the NRC, in compliance with the SEBI (SBEB) Regulations, 2021. Executive Board members are not part of this grant. The said Options will vest equally over a period of 4 years (viz. 25% each year) with an exercise period of 3 months from date of respective vesting.
