Board of Sobha approves acquisition of fire and safety division of Sobha Projects and Trade

The board of Sobha at its meeting held on 19 October 2026 has approved acquisition of the fire and safety division of Sobha Projects and Trade (Seller), on a slump sale basis, as a going concern, together with assets and liabilities, employees, contracts, licenses, permits and approvals (Business) (Proposed Transaction). The Proposed Transaction being a related party transaction, is undertaken on an “as is where is” and at an arm's length basis.
