PTC Industries announced the successful completion of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), raising Rs 1,800 crore from institutional investors.

The QIP comprised the issuance of 8,54,700 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 21,060 per equity share.

The QIP witnessed strong demand from both international and domestic institutional investors and was oversubscribed over 5 times the issue size, with a significant portion of the demand coming from global institutional investors.

The successful QIP strengthens PTC's capital base and provides the Company with additional financial flexibility to support the next phase of growth across PTC Industries and its subsidiaries, including Aerolloy Technologies in India and Trac Precision Solutions in the United Kingdom.
