Samvardhana Motherson International announced the incorporation of MH Supply Chain (MHSCL-US), an indirect subsidiary in Delaware on 21 September 2026.

MHSCL-US is a wholly owned subsidiary of MHSCL JVC Holding, UAE (MHSCL). Samvardhana Motherson International holds 51% shares of MHSCL and 49% is held by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding.
