Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,28,52,32,450 (12,85,23,245 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each) to Rs 1,28,52,44,950 (12,85,24,495 equity shares of face value of Rs10 each).
