The company stated that the new order marks a further expansion of its ongoing involvement in the PACS digitisation programme in the state. Earlier, Atishay had been awarded contracts for the computerisation of 863 PACS, followed by an additional 919 PACS in Himachal Pradesh.
The company also clarified that neither its promoters nor members of the promoter group have any interest in the awarding authority, and the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction under applicable regulatory norms.
Atishay is primarily engaged in the business of information technology, database management, software development, e-governance, and fintech services.
On a standalone basis, the net profit of Atishay rose 26.21% to Rs 1.83 crore, while net sales rose 37.97% to Rs 17.95 crore in Q2 September 2025 over Q2 September 2024.
Shares of Atishay slipped 2.07% to close at Rs 181.75 on the BSE.
