HDFC Asset Management Company has allotted 1,42,964 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company bearing distinctive numbers from 21,40,03,752 to 21,41,46,715 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to exercise of Stock Options by an eligible employees under Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2020 of the Company.
